Introduction
Pusat Perkhidmatan Analisis (PPA) was established in Oct, 2016 in Jabatan Kimia, Fakulti Sains, UTM. PPA is a center which provide integrated laboratory testing, analysis, monitoring and consultancy services in the field of chemistry. We have very capable analytical laboratory and lab staffs with systematic management system.
Laboratory Quality Policy
1. To provide accurate and reliable analytical results to our students/customers through our utmost competency level.
2. To be responsible for maintaining impartiality towards all its laboratory activities without bias.
3. To meet the customers requirements in accordance to good & standard laboratory practices, as well as to protect the customers' confidentiality and propriety rights.
4. To implement and maintain good laboratory practices in accordance with MS ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and other SAMM requirements for consistent operation.
5. To enhance staff skills, knowledge and understanding through regular training programme in order to ensure good laboratory practices.
6. To continually improve the effectiveness of the management system.
7. To adhere to UTM Safety and Health Policy and Safety procedures.
